Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV Check-In Time: 11:30 a.m. - RV Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Late Arrivals - Drive slowly through the campground and follow the map. - There are no lights outside, and it is difficult to see. - Late arrivals require online electronic acceptance of the Terms of Service and Conditions prior to arrival. - There is a cabinet located to the left of the front door, inside there will be a packet with your name on it. - Follow the instructions prior to going to your assigned site, then follow the marked map to your site as indicated, so that you will be heading in the proper direction to enter your site. Reservation Changes - Only one complimentary change is allowed per reservation/site. - For each change after the first, there will be a change fee. - Changes within the cancellation period (see the cancellation and early departure policy) will result in an administrative change fee. Back-to-Back Reservations - Reservations booked back-to-back, online, over the phone or in person (different reservation/site numbers) be aware that you must remain in the park between 9-11 am until an escort can lead you to your site change, occasionally rare circumstances occur that would require you to check-out (depart the park) at 11 am and return later for check-in. - We do not have a staging or holding area in the campground. Pet Policy - Any aggressive pet behavior will not be tolerated. - It is the owner’s responsibility to avoid any potential interaction. - We are pet-friendly for the RV and Tent sites. - The maximum number of pets is two (2). - The Camping Cabins are also pet-friendly, and there is a per-pet fee. - The maximum number of pets is two (2). - Pets in the camping cabins must be in a hard-sided or wire crate when left alone inside the cabin. - No pets are allowed in the deluxe style lodging: Studio, Family, Premium, Accessible Cabins, and the Vacation Home. - Notice to guests with pet allergies, we cannot guarantee that your cabin has not previously had a pet. - There is a fenced off-leash dog area. There are several pet stations around the park – please use them! - Pets must always be kept on a leash and in control of the owner. - Waste must be picked up immediately. - Barking, howling, and yelping must be under control – do not leave your pet alone if it cannot maintain a quiet demeanor. - Not following the pet policy will result in you having to leave the park without a refund.
Cancellation policy for Durango RV Resort
Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - Camping and Glamping is an outdoor experiences; there will be no refunds due to discomforts of nature or any adverse weather conditions. - There will be no refunds if any amenities or services are not available. - Cancellation of Holiday, Special Event, or Group reservations requires a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the arrival date to cancel, and there will be a $50.00 fee per site. - Less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, the maximum refund is 50%. - Less than four (4) days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund. - Cancellation of RV and tent reservations requires a minimum of three (3) days prior to the arrival date to cancel, and there will be a $25 fee per site. - Less than three (3) days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund. - Cancellation of Cabin reservations requires a minimum of four (4) days prior to the arrival date to cancel, and there will be a $50 fee per cabin. - Less than four (4) days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund. - Cancellation of Vacation Home reservations requires a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the arrival date to cancel, and there will be a $100 fee. - Less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund. - Early Departures require a minimum of two (2) full days advance notice; without two (2) full days advance notice, there will be NO refund. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
