Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 3 p.m. - Check-out time: 10 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Central time and will be enforced. - Please be courteous to other campers, as disruptive noise will not be tolerated. - If you have a loud vehicle, please be considerate of other guests and park in the designated parking lot during quiet hours. RV Guests Peace & Enjoyment - Public drunkenness and disorderly or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund. - The use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and law enforcement will be notified. Condition of RV Sites - Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. - Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites. - A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs. - No trash or trash containers allowed outside of guests' RVs at any time. - Patios are for outdoor furniture & BBQ grills only. - Exercise equipment, laundry machines, and indoor furniture are not allowed outside of guests ' RVs. - Storing items under and around guests ' RVs is not permitted. - Generators are not permitted. Conservation - We do our best to conserve water, so please do not waste water. RVs & Vehicles - Each site has been carefully constructed to comfortably house each user's R.V. and one additional vehicle(management reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite). - Additional parking spaces for boats, trailers, and other vehicles are available. - Day or night, visitors must register at the Office & may be subject to a parking fee & "extra occupant" fee. - All vehicles must display a valid parking permit. - A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to being towed at the owner's expense. - Vehicles must not block the gas station, propane station, any roads, or adjacent RV or tent sites. - Do not park in any vacant sites. - Any violation will result in the subject vehicle being towed without notice at the owner's expense. - RVs older than 15 years will require photo submission to ensure they meet the resort standards and our 5* experience, and management reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that does not meet those requirements. - We do not admit RVs or any vehicles without valid license plates and updated vehicle registration. - Broken and broken-down RVs and vehicles, including but not limited to those that are without tires, windshields, or windows, are not allowed. - RVs and vehicles that have mold, mildew, and other visible signs of neglect and decay are not allowed. - Guests must have proper septic connection hoses to avoid waste spills to our beautiful resort. - The speed limit is 5 MPH. Minors - Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. - Please supervise your children in the showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway. - Parents must supervise their children at all times when they are engaged in activities, including but not limited to swimming, hiking, fishing, boating, and any motor-related activity. Bathhouse & Laundry - Both, bathhouse & the laundry room are open 24/7 for your convenience & are for the Resort guests only. - Pet washing is not allowed in restrooms and/or laundry rooms. - Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite; this is strictly prohibited. - Do not wash pet beds or pet blankets in laundry machines. Pet Policy - (All pets must be registered with the Campground Office.) - We are a pet-friendly resort; guests are responsible for their pets and the pets of their visitors. - Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended anywhere, including but not limited to Castaways Bar& Grill, the RV Resort, or at the dog park. Animals are NEVER allowed to be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. - Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. - Guest(s) are liable for any and all damage or injury caused by their pet or their visitor's pet. - Breed restrictions apply; inquire with the registration office. - Limit 2 pets per site. Rates, Fees & NSF - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Rental rates for RV sites & cabins are subject to late fees on the 4th day, and a $5 per day late fee will be assessed until paid or up to $50 per month. - A charge of $25 will be applied to the customer account for any NSF payments or chargebacks & must be repaid by cash or card only. Campfires & Resort Grounds - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. - For the safety of all campers, please remember to keep campfires small and in a contained pit/ring or the designated areas as posted at the Property. - All campfires must be put out immediately before leaving or going to sleep for the night! - BBQ Grills provided by the property are for the enjoyment of all property guests. - Please be mindful of other guests and clean the grill tops when use is completed. - All charcoal must be fully out and disposed of in a designated receptacle and never dumped on the grounds. - See Park Map for hot coal disposal dumpsters. - Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. - Fireworks are prohibited on the Park premises. Garbage - Help us with our continued beautification by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the property. Right To Terminate - Campground’s Right to Terminate Agreement: Campground may terminate this Agreement for any or no reason by providing User a notice for User to leave the RV Resort (“Agreement Termination Notice”). - User agrees to render peaceful possession of the RV Site to RV Resort within three (3) days of the date provided on the Agreement Termination Notice. - The three (3) days’ notice shall not be required if termination is the result of an Act of Default (as defined below). - Upon User’s peaceful surrender of the RV Site to RV Resort, Big Als Barefoot Bay will refund to User the proportionate amount of any unused amounts previously paid by User to Big Als Barefoot Bay. After-Hours Assistance/Emergency - For medical or police emergency dial 9-1-1.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
