To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 2:00 PM. - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. - At Scenic City RV we understand the nature of traveling with unexpected delays. - We encourage guests to check in during business hours. - Please notify the campground if you will be arriving after hours before 4:30 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. - Please be respectful to all campers! Illegal Activities - Drug use prohibited. - No firearms. Vehicle Policy - All motorized vehicles must be operational, licensed, insured, and operated by a licensed driver. - Do not park vehicles on grass. - No RV older than 20 years old. - No vehicle washing permitted. Pet Policy - We welcome pets and responsible pet owners! - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - Pets cannot be left unattended or tied/caged up outside. - Clean up after your pet(s), each time. - A dog play area is available for your convenience. - Excessive barking is not permitted. - No aggressive breeds. - Any aggression shown by the pet may be asked to leave without a refund. Ponds - Fishing day pass required, see office for a wristband. - Catch and release fishing only. - No swimming. Cleanliness - Departure clean-up fee: At the time of your departure, an inspection of your site/cabin will be completed. - If any items or trash are left on the site a $50.00 *minimum* clean-up fee will be charged to your account. - We encourage a clean and safe place for all to enjoy. Trash Policy - All trash must be bagged (bags not provided) and set at the edge of the site for pick up. - Do not burn plastic, and do not leave campfires unattended. - Keep your sites clean and tidy. - No trash or items left outside. Glamping Canvas Lodge - No smoking/ vaping inside. - All tents have solar power lights and a pellet stove for heat. - These sites offer no hookups for water, power, or sewer. - Public restroom onsite for your convenience. Tent Camping - No hookups, bring your own tent. - Picnic tables and fire pits provided. Pedal Boat Rental - Max of 350lbs per boat. - Georgia law requires 12 and under to wear a life vest. - Jackets provided for your convenience. Our Amenities - At Scenic City RV Campground, we believe that camping should be comfortable and convenient. - That's why we offer a wide range of amenities for our guests, including hot showers, clean restrooms, a camp store, and a playground for the kids. - We also have a variety of activities for the whole family, such as pedal boat rentals, fishing, a dog park, and organized games. - Onsite laundry coming soon! - Our campground features extra-large sites equipped with picnic tables and fire pits, making it ideal for family gatherings. - Enjoy our dog park and convenient on-site gift shop, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay. - 2 fishing ponds, pedal boats, outdoor activities, and community areas. Laundry Facility - Onsite laundry will be coming soon to the campground for your convenience! Campground Disclaimer - All are welcome! - Traveling professionals, extended stays, groups, and individuals! - There is something for everyone at Scenic City RV Campground! - For a full list of park rules or questions regarding specific rules, please call ahead regarding campground policies. - Violations of the park rules may be asked to leave without refund.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a $25 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
