To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-out time: 11:00 am. - Check-out is 11:00 am sharp, so we can prep for the next happy camper. - If not out by 11:00 am, you will be charged for another night. Swimming Pool & Hot Tub - Swimming pool and hot tub hours are Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, and Friday to Sunday, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. - The last hour of the pool hours is for adults only. - No jumping off the hot tub. - Kids may not be left unattended in the pool. Trash - Leave bagged trash at the front of your site by 10:00 am or use the dumpster. Pets - Pets must be on a leash. - No pens, fencing, or solo adventures for fur-babies. - Clean-up is a must. - $25 fine per "oops" left behind. - No pets in buildings. - Yes, that includes cats. - Aggressive or noisy pets may be asked to leave. Security & Conduct - Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. - Sleep tight, Sugar Hill. - Don’t walk through someone else’s site (we’re friendly, but that’s their front yard). - No fireworks or open carry. - It’s the law, and we follow it. Water & Electric - Use surge protectors and pressure regulators. Sewer - Must be sealed and elevated. - No wipes, grease, diapers, or anything other than RV toilet paper.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
