To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Upon check-in, please go to the office. - Check-in: 3 pm - flexible. - Check-out: 11 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Space Rates - Rates include up to 4 occupants and one pet. - Additional campers $8/night, $50/monthly Alcohol - Alcohol consumption should be kept within your campsite. - Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Trash - Please maintain the cleanliness of your site. - Dispose of trash in designated bins and keep common areas clean. Speed Limit - 5 MPH speed Limit throughout the park. Quite Hours - Please respect the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. - Avoid loud noises, music, or disruptive activities during this time to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Fires - No fires allowed, other than self contained propane fueled BBQ or fire pit. Pets - No more than 3 pets permitted per site. - Additional pets $5/night, $25/month. - Keep pets on a leash and clean after them at all times. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Legacy RV Resort Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: all refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
