To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV Site check-in time: 1:00 PM. - RV Site check out time: 12:00 PM. - Cabin rental check-in time: 3:00 PM. - Cabin rental check-out time: 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site - At Rayford Crossing RV Resort, we try to honor your site choice as listed on this reservation confirmation, however, please understand that site availability is guaranteed, but not a specific site. - Occasionally, it will be necessary for our staff to reassign you to a new site. - We do not guarantee the same site.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy Daily/Weekly RV Cancellation Policy - $25 cancellation fee, no refund 48 hours prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends. Extended Stay RV Cancellation Policy - $100 non-refundable deposit. Daily Cabin Cancellation Policy - $25 cancellation fee for 72 hours prior to check-in, no refund on Holiday weekends, 2 night minimum required. Weekly Cabin Cancellation Policy - $100 non-refundable deposit per week. Refund Policy - At Rayford Crossing RV Resort, we provide refunds for cancellations of daily/weekly RV sites if they are cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date, and refunds for cabin sites if they are cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date. - All refunds are in full less a $25 cancellation fee. - We do not refund for holiday cancellations. - We do not refund for shortened stays. - We do not refund deposits for an extended stay cancellation. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
