Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 2:00 PM. - Check-out is 11:00 AM. - Please re-register before 10:30 AM if staying an extra day. - Early or late checkout will be an additional fee if the site is available! - Please plan to arrive during the hours we are staffed so that we may personally escort you to your campsite; however, after-hour check-ins are available. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Heated Pool - Cool off and relax in Jennings KOA's heated swimming pool. Campfires and Firewood - No outside firewood is permitted. - Kiln-dried firewood is sold for the very limited number of campsites that the county has permitted us to have campfires in the raised fire pit provided. - You may NOT bring your own for use on other sites. - Our group campfire location was specifically approved by the town/county as well. - Unfortunately, many RV parks in Florida do not have campfires or very limited campfires due to local regulations. - Campfires are only Âpermitted on the sites that have a raised above-ground campfire grate. - You may not bring your own for use on other sites. Lake - Fishing is catch and release only. - For your safety, please no swimming or boating in the lake. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Camping courtesy is in effect 24 hours. - No playing of loud music at any time. - All radios and outdoor TVs must be turned off at 10:00 PM. - Please do not cut through Âoccupied campsites. Garbage Policy - The trash dumpster is located Ânear the entrance to the RV storage area. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - You are responsible for the cleanup of your pet's waste. - Do not leave your pet unattended at any time. - No pets are allowed in buildings, pool areas, or playgrounds. - Pets must sleep in your camping unit at night. - Owners must bring proof of Rabies shots for dogs. - Aggressive dogs or dog breeds are not permitted. - You will be asked to leave without a refund. - Sorry, pets are not permitted in or near our cabin rental units. - Aggressive breeds include, but are not limited to, Doberman Pinschers, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Bulldog breeds (including Pit Bulls), Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Wolf-Hybrids, Malamutes, and Bullmastiffs. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted on campsites. Vehicle Policy - No washing of cars or RVs permitted. - All vehicles must display a car pass. - One Âvehicle per site. - Extra Vehicles need to park in specific designed areas. Sewer and Water - A sewer donut is required at the point of connection to the sewer pipe, and your hose must be sloped from the trailer connection to the park sewer hookup to prevent any clogging or spillage on the ground. - RV park facilities are on city water and sewer. Occupancy - One camping unit and one family per site. - Site maximum 6 people. Guests - Campers may have guests. - However, they must register at the office and pay all applicable guest fees. - Guests who stay less than a half hour will have their fee refunded. - Overnight site maximum is 6 people. - We Âreserve the right to limit the number of guests you may have at any time to prevent overcrowding. - Guests are not permitted to bring pets. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. - Children under age 14 must wear a bike helmet when riding their bikes. - No motorized ride-on toys allowed. - No riding after dusk. - Please accompany children under the age of 10 to the bathroom. Office and Store Hours - Monday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Propane Policy - Propane is dispensed during store hours.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
