Things To Know Before Your Stay: Address: Camp Trinidad RV Resort 3443 Patricks Point Drive Trinidad, CA 95570 Camp Store Hours of Operation: 10am - 6 pm 707-677-3271 Terms and Conditions and Policies of the RV Park -- Policies and terms and conditions subject to change or be updated by Camp Trinidad RV Resort. DEFINITIONS ● "RV" refers to a motor home, travel trailer, truck camper, camping trailer, or park model, as defined in California Health & Safety Code Section 18010 and Civil Code Section 799.29. ● "Park" or "Camp Trinidad RV Resort" means the premises located at 3443 Patricks Point Drive, Trinidad, CA. ● "Owner" refers to the owners and management of Camp Trinidad RV Resort. ● "Guests" refers to all individuals, invitees, family, friends, or anyone occupying or visiting the RV Site. ● "Lot" refers to the RV site rented by a Guest. REGISTRATION & OCCUPANCY ● All Guests must have a written rental agreement on file with management (signing this is the agreement) and extended stay guests must sign the agreement in person. ● All Guests, including children, must be listed on the agreement. ● All Guests must report visitors with the office. If visitors arrive after office hours, Guests are required to call the office and provide the name of the visitor(s), the license plate number of the visiting vehicle, and pay a $10 parking fee per extra vehicle. Visitors MUST park in the designated overflow area detailed on our map. Failure to report visitors will result in a fee of $15 and a warning. ● Camp Store office staff must be made aware of all Guests. Persons under the age of 18 need to be documented at the office for emergencies. ● Maximum of four occupants per Lot. Up to 6 with an additional fee of $10 per additional person per day. More than 6 occupants require the rental of a second Lot. ● At least one occupant must be the RV’s registered owner. This registered occupant must be on the site and stay or reside in the RV for the duration of the stay. ● The registered Guest is responsible for the actions and behaviors of their party. Property damage to the Park or our facilities will result in a fine dependent on the severity of the damage. ● Maximum of 2 pets per site (e.g., dogs, cats, caged birds, fish). 1 additional pet may be permitted with a $5 per day fee. ● Only one vehicle may be parked at a Lot. A second vehicle requires a $10 per day fee and must be parked in the designated area of overflow parking detailed on our map at check-in. ● Boats, ATVs, trailers, commercial vehicles, buses, or oversized trucks need to be okayed by management prior to arrival. ● Camp Trinidad does not accept mail or packages for guests. Please utilize Amazon Lockers or pick up. RV CONDITIONS & SALES ● RVs must be 10 years old or newer. Older RVs may be permitted if: ○ They are operable and moveable at any time. No non-op registrations allowed. ○ Registration and insurance are current. ○ They are self-contained & approved by the owner. ○ They are in good, habitable condition. No broken windows, leaks, rust, torn screens, or unsightly paint. ● All accessory equipment, fences, storage buildings, and modifications are not allowed ● Spray painting or utility installations must be done by licensed contractors only. ● Guests may not place liens against the Park. ● Upon sale or transfer, the RV must be removed from the Park, including inheritance situations. TENT CAMPING ● Tents for sites with an RV are charged $15 per day. ● Tents must be placed in the RV pad area and not on grass or outside of where the RV site is. ● Two tents per “tent” site (exceptions with approval and additional payment of $15 per day). QUIET HOURS & NOISE ● Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. ● Excessive noise, yelling, or music audible to others is prohibited. ● Radios, TVs, instruments, and speakers must be used respectfully. VEHICLES & PARKING ● Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the Park. ● All stop signs must be obeyed. We have a one way traffic system detailed on our map and painted on our streets. Failure to do so will result in a first warning, preceded by a final warning. If there is a third offense, you will be asked to leave the park without a refund. ● One vehicle per Lot. Second vehicle allowed with $10 day fee in designated area detailed on our map. ● No parking in empty lots or in front of other RVs overnight. Vehicles must be parked within your site or in the designated overflow parking area after paying the daily parking fee of $10. Do not block the roads. ● Boats, ATVs, trailers, commercial vehicles, buses, or oversized trucks need to be okayed by management. ● No repairs, oil changes, or washing of vehicles in the Park. ● Vehicles must be registered, insured, and operable. ● No storage of inoperative vehicles. ● All guests must check in and register and obtain a $10 visitor parking pass valid for 24 hours PET POLICIES & SAFETY ● Maximum of 2 pets per site (e.g., dogs, cats, caged birds, fish). One additional pet allowed with a $5 per day fee. ● No aggressive or disruptive animals. ● Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Do not leave your pets unattended. ● Long leashes are permitted if supervised at all times. ● Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of immediately. ● No pets allowed in laundry or bathroom facilities. ● No washing pets in the bathrooms or washing pet beds in the laundry units. ● If a pet bites someone, management must be notified immediately. The pet may be removed. CHILDREN POLICIES & SAFETY ● Persons under 18 are welcome with an accompanying adult ● Children must wear helmets when riding bikes, scooters, or skateboards anywhere on the property per California law. ● All children must be supervised at all times in the hot tub area, playground, and around common areas. Failure to do so will result in a warning. A second offense is grounds for departure without a refund. ● Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children at all times. Damages done to the Park or our facilities will result in a fine dependent on the severity of the damage. ● Guests aged 3 or under stay for free. ● Camp Store must be made aware of all guests. Persons under the age of 18 need to be documented at the office for emergencies. ● Children aged three or younger stay for free but must be recorded at the office as onsite. PROHIBITED ITEMS/ACTIVITIES ● No illegal drugs or public intoxication ● No weapons or fireworks ● No generators in tent areas (unless approved for medical use) ● No washing dishes, personal items, or pets in bathrooms ● No dumping of gray or black water on the ground ● Space heaters/electric heaters are prohibited at Camp Trinidad RV Resort. HOT TUB & COMMUNITY RULES ● The hot tub is open 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM for guests. It is closed during quiet hours. ● No children under 18 allowed without an adult supervision. ● Use of community fire pits must be well-mannered and cleanly. ● Clean up after use including all trash, debris, etc. UTILITIES, GARBAGE, & HAZARDS ● Only Park-authorized personnel may perform repairs. ● No washing of vehicles on premises. This causes water to run into streets or neighboring Lots. ● No generators unless Park is without power. ● Garbage bins are for household trash only. No furniture, electronics, or large items. ● Cardboard must be broken down and placed in designated areas. ● No use of rodenticides ● Only bio friendly products per California statute. ● Do not flush inappropriate materials down toilets. Bio-waste and 1-ply only. SURVEILLANCE, SECURITY & PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY ● By entering and/or staying at Camp Trinidad, guests grant permission to Camp Trinidad RV Resort and its representatives to photograph, film, or otherwise capture images and audio at any time on the property. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and print materials, without compensation or further notice. ● Park uses audio/video surveillance in common areas. ● Only one Ring-style doorbell is allowed per RV. Cameras may not be pointed or directed at other RV Sites. CONDUCT & ENFORCEMENT ● No harassment, stalking, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff or others. ● Management may issue warnings or notices for disruptive behavior. ● Any of the following may be considered substantial annoyance (subject to removal): ○ Loud arguments or disturbances ○ Racial/ethnic slurs or threats ○ Use of fireworks or weapons ○ Repeated police visits ○ Loud music or traffic to/from Lot ○ Open alcohol abuse or disorderly conduct ○ Unsightly, unsafe RVs or Lots ○ Pets causing disturbances ● ZERO TOLERANCE for illegal drug use, sales, or possession. INSURANCE & LIABILITY ● Camp Trinidad does not insure guests’ belongings. ● Guests must carry current RV insurance. RENTAL UNITS & DEPARTURE ● Units must be broom-swept with garbage removed, surfaces wiped, and dishes clean. ● Excessive mess, pet presence in non-pet units, or smoking will incur fees starting at $125-$250. ● Damage charges include but are not limited to lost keys, broken remotes, damaged furniture, stains, fire extinguisher misuse. ● Items left behind by guests are not the responsibility of the Park. RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS ● Check-in: 2:00 PM for RVs and 4pm for Cabins until 11:30 PM ● Late arrivals, please contact the Camp Store office. Staff will leave a map at the front door of the office with Guest name, site number, and codes to the facilities onsite. ● 25% deposit at booking; remaining balance charged 14 days prior to arrival. ● All reservations must be paid in full before check-in. CAMPGROUND CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a clear cancellation policy to help you manage your reservations. ● 30+ Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. ● 15–29 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee. ● Within 14 Days of your Arrival: Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable, and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. IMPORTANT NOTES ● Cancellations must be made by phone or email during office hours for consideration. ●Travel insurance is recommended. LEGAL NOTICE ● Guests acknowledge they are renting a temporary site with no tenancy rights. ● Camp Trinidad RV Resort reserves the right to remove any person for: ○ Rule violations ○ Unsafe behavior ○ Disruption ○ Nonpayment ○ Misuse of property ● No ownership or tenancy rights are conferred by RV site rental. Notice of Ownership and Removal Rights Under California Law: ● Guests understand and agree that they are renting a temporary space from Camp Trinidad RV Resort. They do not own the Lot or any portion of the Park. ● In accordance with California law, the Owners of Camp Trinidad RV Resort reserve the right to remove any Guest from the premises at any time and on any day for violation of Park rules, unsafe behavior, disruptive conduct, non-payment, or for any lawful reason. ● No rights of tenancy or ownership of any portion of the Lot or Park are conferred by this rental or use of space ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing below electronically or in person, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all rules, policies, and terms. I am responsible for my conduct, my guests’, and my pets’. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. Campground Cancellation Policy 30+ Days Before Arrival - Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. 14-29 Days Before Arrival - Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee. Within 7 Days of Arrival - Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable, and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation, plus the $50 cancellation fee. - Cancellations must be made by phone or email during office hours for consideration. - The $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the notice period. - We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation in case of unforeseen changes. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
