In all fairness, we stayed very near after the dam and river overflowed, covering much of the lower part of the park so in terms of visual appeal, there wasn't much to see. Facilities are excellent. The bathrooms are some of the best you'll see on the road. There are private shower booths completely apart from the bathrooms themselves. Laundry was just as good. There's a little general store on site so no real need to head into town. The game room is also very good. The sites themselves appear... Read More

The sites themselves appear to all be pull through, level, and concrete. Very nice. Although it makes your pop-up appear quite small. Ha!
I have to give the 3-star mainly due to location. While the set-up itself is top-notch, it is situated right on a very active railway as it is the north-south crossing of the Red River into Texas.

This place is very beautiful, however it is more of a residential RV park than a transient one. Very close to a very active railroad track and is very noisy at night. Clean bathroom, clean showers, store on site, good pricing.
