Cudjoe Key and a RV Site with a Boat Dock in your backyard(Site). Our stay was great. The park had many quality amenities, and was very clean. The 24-7 Security folks were great. The sites are a little tight, but you have to concede something when you are able to enjoy a February vacation in the SUN and Warmth. Ownership possibilities makes for interesting conversations as my family walked throughout the park. The drive to Key West was about 20 minutes long depending on traffic. This is a quality... Cudjoe Key and a RV Site with a Boat Dock in your backyard(Site). Our stay was great. The park had many quality amenities, and was very clean. The 24-7 Security folks were great. The sites are a little tight, but you have to concede something when you are able to enjoy a February vacation in the SUN and Warmth. Ownership possibilities makes for interesting conversations as my family walked throughout the park. The drive to Key West was about 20 minutes long depending on traffic. This is a quality resort worth visiting.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights at Venture out in late December. We loved it. The Good: Many sites paved, lots of activities for kids and teens, large pool, close to the water and some sites on the water. The Bad: Wifi only available at the clubhouse and then it was very weak, Cable not available at most sites and very little reception on our antenna. Restroom showers were small and some didn't have locking doors. The bottom line: We booked our next stay at this resort for next year before... Read More

The Good: Many sites paved, lots of activities for kids and teens, large pool, close to the water and some sites on the water. The Bad: Wifi only available at the clubhouse and then it was very weak, Cable not available at most sites and very little reception on our antenna. Restroom showers were small and some didn't have locking doors.
The bottom line: We booked our next stay at this resort for next year before we left. Most of the sites have permanent trailers/houses on them. About 10% are RV sites. The resort has lots of rules, which I didn't mind, and they enforce them. They have security at the gate and patrolling the resort 24/7.
