We only stayed here 1 night and honestly that is all we would recommend. The park was expensive and the rates are much higher than most nicer parks we have stayed at. I think this park is home for local transient workers. The park is loud with lots of company trucks coming and going all day and night. The space we were provided was a good size but definitely no frills, simply a flat dirt/gravel lot and metal table, no trees, grass. I have to admit the office, community room, patio, with barbeques, a pool, play area, shower facilities, laundry, and a dog park was really nice. That area is 1 oasis in the entire park. The park also has good security, it has a gate with a code required to enter, than the entire park has a 6 foot chain link fence with barb wire around the entire park. The park is also situated next to the railroad track, and interstate. The price just seemed a bit much for a basic park. Not sure we would stay here again, we would look around for a more reasonably priced park with similar basic amenities. We would not stay here for an extended period of time.

This is a good place for an overnight stay or for a couple of days if you need a rest from the road. Pool looks nice, rec room has pool tables, tv, etc. The exercise room has pretty good equipment - free weights and a few machines including cardio. Sites are gravel and relatively level. Reservation was easy and very helpful. My issue is that the price is a bit high for an average place.

We were on our way from Arizona to Texas, where we have family in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Too long a drive to make it in one day and we needed a place to stop. Found "Park Place RV" online and it turned out to be an excellent choice. After a long drive, it would have been easy to turn our mood dark, but what we found was a great location, easy in and easy out, and the staff was very, very supportive and turned the stop into a wonderful overnight rest. Really found a gem in Odessa, TX! If you are looking for a really nice RV park that has great amenities, laundry, club house, GREAT STAFF, stop looking, this is the place. We were traveling through with my wife's work in Odessa and this park, by far, has been the best yet! We are actually staying here on the way back just because it was so nice.
