We really enjoy going to Marysvale and we enjoy staying at the south 40. This trip there the staff was friendly and very accommodating for our large group but we do have a couple issues though.1st The weeds they are out of control the weeds at the dog park and at the fire pit was so bad we could even use them we where in the lower loop.2nd We was staying in site 75 and the sewer smell was terrific so bad we could seat outside our trailer. Sorry to say we will find another place to come next year. I will start off by saying we have been coming here for 3 years. The past 2 years were exciting and made new friends. This year new management has brought on political rules and I have to say I’m not happy with. You no longer have free speech (flags) that represent your candidate. I know some say, “big deal” but this is a good example of where things are headed. Next it will be the American flag. We might offend other people from other countries.... Read More

So keep in mind who you are patronizing. Other issues are sites are tilted so leveling your RV can be difficult in some spaces. At least a 12” drop. Water pressure is so bad we needed to use our RV 12v pump. Trees are badly maintained and encroach on your space with dead branches. Grounds have large rocks mixed with gravel that make walking very uneven. Maintaining your toys is strictly enforced at your site. So don’t change a tire or charge a battery without moving it to another location. In the past I have had no issues and that’s why we came back. Now we, and others have already have decided to go elsewhere next time. Many parks in the area that know who their customers are.

Just spent 1 night but would have liked to spend more. The park was fairly simple. Mostly all gravel. Most of the sites were pull thru and big enough for large sized rigs. Overall it was clean and neat. One of the big draws of this place is the off road trails directly accessible from the park. By far, most of the RVers staying here had OHVs. There are many miles of trails in the hills and surrounding areas.
